Application & Enrollment Procedure:
• Fill-up application form available at the Admin office or thru online
• Pay tuition fee (down payment for a guaranteed slot)
• Submit 3 Passport Size Photo , 2 copies of 1x1 photo (wearing formal attire with white background):
• Photocopy of TOR/ Diploma
• Photocopy of Birth Cert/Marriage Cert (For married women)
• X-ray and Hepa B Test (Chromatographic Immunoassay) - For Cookery and Fundamentals in Culinary Arts Only
